Mental health awareness
This course aims to provide students with an understanding of mental health issues and the tools to promote mental wellness. Students will learn about common mental illnesses, such as anxiety and depression, and explore the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental health problems. Through discussions, case studies, and self-reflection exercises, students will develop skills for identifying warning signs and providing support for those experiencing mental health challenges. The course will also address stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness and promote mental health advocacy.
Pamela Henman was born in Cuba, on Luly 13, 1989. She studied the Bachelor of Arts in the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, Milan, graduating in 2012. She is specialized in Sculpture. Since 2013 she has worked on numerous projects as a Sculptor. She has 7 individual and even more collective exhibitions as a sculptor, at an international level.
