Janahan Cumarasamy
Janahan has over 15 years experience in the not-for-profit sector, with specialist expertise in managing significant growth, development and change within small, medium and large organisations.
In a variety of work environments he has experience in environmental compliance and monitoring in mining, water, and the telecommunications industry.
Janahan has led the development, implementation, and management of corporate environmental management systems to international standards (ISO14001). Additionally, he has lead auditor qualifications that enable him to audit environmental management systems to ensure compliance to international standards.
He has a demonstrated background in environmental communications and outreach – public education and awareness raising on environmental and water related issues. This was particularly relevant to his work in developing and delivering environmental education programs for Mongolian students at Global Leadership University, Ulaanbaatar
